Going to choir has become the highlight of Malia’s school days. While she was a bit apprehensive at the beginning of the year as she is an 8th grader and the bulk of concert choir is composed of 9th graders, that apprehension has evaporated, and she just loves choir! This evening was her Christmas choir concert, and it was fun to see the joy choir brings her. Plus, I’ve been super slow kicking off our Christmas festivities this year and a dose of holiday music was just what I needed!
