After the success of our experimental stromboli at Halloween, I decided to feature the recipe in one of our Christmas themed meals as well. With a little inspiration from Pinterest, this night’s dinner featured a festive holiday wreath stuffed with chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese. Except for Matthew’s baby wreath, of course. His was cheese free. 😉 There were some improvements in the dish on this second attempt. I felt like the bread to filling ratio was better this time as well as the distribution of the fillings within the roll. And it only leaked a little bit!
