My new range and I are getting along splendidly. All four burners work 100% of the time. It’s a beautiful thing. As such, my relationship with my stove is very amicable. However, I’m madly in love with my convection oven. This is no timid “it fills my needs, so I like it just fine” kind of a feeling. It’s more of a “how did I ever get along without you in my life” kind of a thing. I can make a perfectly delicious loaf of bread with a lovely crispy crust but adding in convection takes that crispy crust to the next level. It’s not just delicious. It’s delectable. My convection oven has ruined me for normal ones.
