We found the recipe in this month's Family Fun Magazine and the boys were anxious to try it out. My cake batter was a bit denser than the standard mix the original recipe called for, so we ended up with a very pronounced arch in the center of our cupcakes. Next time I'll layer the colors in reverse and just serve them upside down!

Those cupcakes are cool! Matthew's brithday cake is pretty awesome, too! I've never had tofu cake. I've never had tofu. It scares me. Someday, you will have to make me try it. He's so adorable, though. I'm glad he had a good day(s). :)
I guess you still reign as the domestic goddess! But did you have to use BLUE?
