A Wrench in the Works

You know that lazy Saturday that starts out all hunky dory with a bit of a sleep in, some leftover pancakes for breakfast and a short to-do list which promises to lead to a nice relaxing day and then you discover that your water heater is leaking in several places even though it is only 5 1/2 years old and all your plans change and your stress level creeps up and you start praying that the whole thing doesn't blow before you can get it replaced? That was today. At least it is a slow leak and not a gusher. The service guy who came called it "weeping." I just might start weeping as well. The price tag on a new water heater is never pretty.
